• Limited; specfic area of concern is inspectied & evaluated. The inspector will advise client of typical recommended steps, sample testing or quality indoor air test & cleanup protocals for health /safety concerns.

•  Complete; This inspection usually coveres the entire home of structure of moisture intrustion and signs of suspicious mold like growth. Again, the inspectior will advise typical recommended steps for conditions noted on site at time of inspection.

• Mold Testing & sample(s), Testing for toxic material and mold can be preformed during the time of an inspection. The inspector will discuss with the client, options, sample pricing, methods of test sampling for area(s) of concern having suspicious bio-growth material.

• The Report, a detailed PDF report from Pro-Lab (a licensed, accredited labortory) the report is very detailed and informative with information of the sample(s) taken. The report will also give details of know human side effects of the mold found.
