Winterize Homes

Several bank owned homes will be winterized during the winter months, in many cases the utilities will be off for the season. Some banks will have the utilities turned on and home de-winterize for proper inspection, other banks will require the potential buyer to pay to have utilities turned on. There will be additional cost of having the home de-winterize & re-winterize.

Prestige inspection offers additional service that can presure check the plumbing system with air pressure. The plmbing system should hole air pressure if there are no damaged areas. This pressure test does not evaluate the plumbing drain system.

Gas utilities, we will can supply a temporary LP gas to the property to inspect & function the gas furnace. Natural gas utility, cannot be temporary supplied or tested if the natural gas utility is turned off at time of inspection.
