Qualifications

My qualifications as your inspector:

Danny Zyrowski is certified in home inspection by NACHI (National Association of Certified Home Inspectors).

 Certified  indoor air consultant by, IAC2 (International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants)

Certified mold testing by ESA (Environmental Solutions Association) ESA is the nations indoor air quality training organization

Septic Inspection: Dan has worked as a laborer for three different contractors for septic installation and septic repair. 

 Experience;

 

  • My experience in the heating/cooling systems; Completed a two year heating & cooling course at Oakland Community College in Rochester Hill, MI. I have installed new systems  and conducted repairs to exsisting units. 
  • Worked as labor conducting electrial wiring for residental & light commerical applications.
  • Worked as labor conduction residental plumbing
  • Started carpentry at the age of 5 years old, picking up scrap pieces of wood. I continue my desire in carpentry in framing and finish carpentry.
  • I've worked for three different septic contractors running heavy equipment installing septic systems as well as conduction repairs to exsisting systems.
